A western New York man has pleaded not guilty to fatally shooting his tenant in the driveway of their Buffalo-area home. Erie County prosecutors say 54-year-old Thomas Szczesniak is charged with second-degree murder in the October death of 54-year-old Joseph Lawrence Jr. in Cheektowaga.

Joe Galuski's been working behind a radio microphone for a LONG TIME!!! In the business since 1975, and here at WSYR for 23 years and counting!!! Can he keep it up folks? In fact, he's worked at all times of the day at the Mighty WSYR anytime from 5 in the morning up to 7 at night. But it wasn't until 1998 that he found his favorite time of day to be at the controls..as the host of Central New... Joe Galuski's been working behind a radio microphone for a LONG TIME!!! Erie County Sheriff Deputies are on the look out for a prisoner who escaped from custody following a court date. 29-year-old Thomas Walsh of Buffalo was awaiting transport at the Buffalo City Court lockup following his arraignment when he managed to slip away.
